Yes, both. We have looked after 13 year old dogs and puppies having their very first groom, and the approach is the same: gentle, patient and unhurried.
The van is a self contained grooming studio, kept clean and well maintained, with a window many dogs like to look out of. Customers are welcome to have a peek inside.
You can. Owners have stayed while nails were clipped and a first shave was done, and others prefer photo and video updates while they get on with their day.
Short haired dogs still get the full bath, dry and finishing touches. Ask us what suits your dog's coat and we will explain the options.
